You find the property and our investor will partner with you and fund the purchase, rehab and carrying cost.

You will be responsible for the following:
Deal MUST be at or below 70% of ARV
4% of total loan amount at closing table (to cover underwriting, processing and broker fees)
The bigger the profit spread the less profit the investor will take.
Generally 20% to 50% of the profit.
